TitleDuties
HR RepresentativeThe Human Resources Representative performs administrative support activities, data entry, reporting, and project management for the Human Resource Department. The primary responsibilities include processing HR paperwork, data entry of associate/benefit information into the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) system, preparing complex reports out of Reports Smith and formulating in Excel and being first point of contact for the department by answering general associate inquiries and referring questions to the appropriate person within the department.
